Using the ‘game of consequences’ as a storytelling device, this creative hybrid documentary depicts Pakistan grappling with the largest flooding in South Asian history. Ordinary people add their own segments to the main storyline (fiction and/or nonfiction) to create a tale of Pakistan, drowning in the devastating climate crisis.Weaving together oral storytelling traditions, insights from people - Seemab Gul opens up the consequences of climate change, which largely fall on indigenous people in the Global South.

Rabia, a Pakistani ten-year-old girl, sets out to find why her only school in the village is closed. A ghost story with a tinge of magical-realism that explores corruption from a child’s perspective.I was honoured to contribute to the post-production of Seemab Gul’s upcoming feature film by performing an in-depth restoration of a portion of the soundtrack, consisting of a live recording of Sufi musicians performing in a Pakistani shrine, which presented significant challenges due to the overwhelming presence of background (and often foreground!) noise. Despite these obstacles, we’re proud to have preserved the emotional power and authenticity of the musical performance while completely removing intrusive crowd noise.

The apocalypse has left nothing but dust, danger and loss. The LeftBehinds, a group of orphaned survivors led by Kit, must embark on a desperate mission to find the remaining pieces of an ancient android.
A gnarly, adrenaline-fueled adventure, The LeftBehinds is an unforgettable journey of courage, friendship, and the fight for a future.I designed a wireless glove sound interface for the National Theatre’s sci-fi play The Left Behinds. An actor used it to portray a detached android arm through precise gestures, triggering robotic sounds in real time.The glove featured flex sensors and micro buttons, with conductive thread linking to a wrist-mounted ESP32 microcontroller. Despite a 5-week deadline, it endured staged physicality while streaming OSC data to Ableton Live.The play’s successful UK school tour combined sci-fi and physical theatre, with my tech enhancing its android character.
